1. Scope: the website and the app are separate
These terms are the agreement between you and Lenscript (光子方程), an independent developer team ("we", "us"), for browsing the website lct.lenscript.cn ("the site"). By browsing the site you agree to them.
The 光轴脚本 LCT app (Android, listed as Lenscript / 光轴脚本) and LCT accounts are governed by the Lenscript main-site terms of service and privacy policy; to delete an account see account deletion, and for help use the support page. An LCT account is used for LCT only; Mark, Zlens, MuseFrame, paida and Liuying each stand on their own and share no account.
2. Website content
The copy, screenshots, guides and images on the site are our copyright. You may share links and quote reasonably with attribution and a link; you may not copy or mirror the site, or scrape it in bulk to train models or build other sites.
The site describes the product's current capabilities. It is not a commitment to a launch date, a feature list or a service level; whether a given feature is available in the version you install is shown in the app.
3. Place and weather data
Shooting locations, best times and directions, and weather, air-quality and sunrise/sunset times on the site and in the app are for planning only. They come from public sources, partners, formulas and user contributions and may be outdated or wrong. Check official local information before you travel, and follow local rules and your own safety judgement when entering parks, private land or hazardous terrain. You must not bulk-scrape or mirror this data, or use it in other products or commercial services without permission.
4. Intellectual property
The LCT software, interface, icons, copy, website content and the "LCT" name and marks are owned by Lenscript (光子方程) or used under licence and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Apart from the licence expressly granted in these terms, nothing transfers any intellectual property to you.
The content you record and submit in the app remain yours. We claim no ownership over them and use them only as necessary to provide the service.
5. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your particular needs.
We work to fix defects and keep the service stable, but as a small independent team we cannot promise a specific service level or turnaround time.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, LCT.
Our total liability to you for all claims, however arising, is limited to the amount you paid us for LCT in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, to CNY 100.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the product, the law or our commercial arrangements change. The current version is always published at https://lct.lenscript.cn/en/terms/, with the version number and effective date at the top updated accordingly.
For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations (pricing structure, content licence) we give at least 14 days' notice on this page, in the app or by email to the address you gave us. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not agree, stop using the service before the effective date.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and excluding conflict-of-law rules).
Disputes arising from these terms should first be raised with us so that we can try to resolve them amicably; failing that, either party may bring the matter before the competent People's Court at the place where the operator of Lenscript (光子方程) is located.
If the law of your place of residence grants you consumer rights that cannot be waived, nothing in these terms reduces those rights.
